About Us
JK Home Improvement: Over a quarter centure of quality home improvements.
A typical home improvement company has a sales staff who go to a customer’s home to quote a job, and may use 1-5 different siding crews. These siding crews work for many different home improvement companies depending on pay and the amount of the workload. Therefore, it is not uncommon for these crews to change companies from season to season.
If they get a job, they will send a crew that you have never met to perform your home improvements. Although you may have researched their references, you have no idea what crew was used for each job. More importantly you have no idea what crew might show up at your home to do your job.
.
There are many differences when you call JK Home Improvement starting with the call for an estimate. Andy, one of our owners, will come to your home for a detailed quote. While there, he will provide several options on products, produce many references directly in your neighborhood and leave you with a written estimate. Typically estimate time is approximately 20 to 40 minutes. All of JK Home Improvement references contain addresses as well as colors to help homeowners decide what is best for their home.
The big difference comes when you decide to sign with JK Home Improvement. The owners themselves come to your home to complete the home improvements. We have an 8-man team that pays extreme attention to detail, and the average time to complete a job is 2 to 4 days. We have modern equipment to assure homeowners there will be no damage to any plants, landscaping or lawns. Our clean up is meticulous. As a highly referred company, our jobs stretch from Troy to South Lyon, West Bloomfield to Wyandotte with most of our work in the Livonia, Canton, Plymouth and Northville areas.
